Our bartending service goes beyond simply pouring drinks. We can create specialty cocktails and beverages inspired by the guests of honor—whether that’s the bride and groom, graduate, birthday guest, or someone else being celebrated.
From fresh-squeezed citrus and fruit to carefully crafted house-made simple syrups, we put thought and care into every detail. We want your signature drinks to be more than something your guests enjoy—we want them to become part of the memory of your event.
And when catering is part of your celebration, we bring that same level of care and attention to the food we prepare and serve.

Food allergies and dietary needs are something we take very seriously. During our very first conversation, Chef Pixie Manners and/or Mixologist and Sous Chef Mark Arnold will ask about any known food allergies or dietary concerns among your guests.
We ask that all allergies be disclosed as early as possible and that you let us know if anything changes before your event. Our goal is to create an experience where everyone can feel welcomed, cared for, and included.

Together, our team brings more than 40 years of combined hospitality experience to every event.
Chef Pixie grew up in a family where the kitchen was truly the heart of the home—a place where people gathered, stories were shared, and love was shown through food. She later had the opportunity to spend two years in Italy, adding new techniques, flavors, and inspiration to the family traditions that first sparked her love of cooking.
Mark brings decades of bartending and mixology experience, along with a passion for creating cocktails and helping guests have a wonderful time.
But experience is only part of who we are.
We intentionally keep The Backdoor Bartenders small and personal. We enjoy talking with your guests, sharing a laugh, remembering names, and becoming a small part of the celebration rather than simply working in the background.
